Privacy Policy
Solovey Assistant is a private personal assistant operated for its owner, Ruslan Solovev. This policy explains how the assistant handles information received through Google account authorization.
Google account authorization
Solovey Assistant accesses Google data only after the account holder completes the Google account authorization process and grants the requested permissions. The connected account remains under the account holder's control.
Data the assistant can access
Depending on the permissions granted, the assistant may access Gmail message metadata and content, drafts, labels, and Google Calendar calendars and events. The assistant requests these permissions to provide email summaries, prioritization, reply drafting, schedule review, conflict detection, and event management.
How data is used
- To respond to the owner's requests and prepare personal briefings.
- To identify messages or calendar events that may require the owner's attention.
- To prepare email drafts. Sending an email requires explicit owner approval under the assistant's operating rules.
- To review availability and manage calendar events on the owner's instruction.
Sharing and advertising
Google user data is not sold or rented, is not used for advertising, and is not shared with unrelated third parties. Data may be processed by infrastructure and AI service providers only as necessary to perform a requested assistant function and subject to the controls of those services.
Storage and retention
OAuth credentials are stored on the owner's private server with restricted file access. Operational data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the assistant functions, maintain continuity, or satisfy a direct instruction from the owner. The owner may request removal of retained assistant data.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to limit access to credentials and private data. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, and this policy does not claim certification by Google or any other provider.
Revoking access
The account holder can revoke Solovey Assistant's access at any time from the Google Account connections page. Revocation prevents the assistant from obtaining new access through the revoked authorization.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Solovey Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
